Private beta terms

Kuriviz is run by Kolton Dieter Waegner ("we"). These terms cover your use of the private beta. By using it you agree to them. Questions: kolton@kuriviz.com.

The beta

• Access is by invitation only and free of charge. We may end the beta, or your access, at any time.
• It is pre-release software: features may change, break or be removed, and there are daily usage limits.
• We provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Your content

• You keep all rights to the photos, logo and text you upload and to the ads you download.
• You give us permission to store and process that content only to run the service for you — including sending it to the providers listed in the Privacy notice for background removal and copy suggestions.
• Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload anything unlawful or anything that infringes someone else's rights.

Your ads

• Parts of each ad are AI-generated (see the AI disclosure). You are responsible for reviewing every ad before you publish it: that its claims are true and permitted, that offers and prices are correct, and that it follows the rules of the platforms you publish on.
• We automatically reject some outputs (for example, a cutout that changed your product), but automated checks can miss problems.

Feedback and usage data

We record how you use the beta — for example which ads you keep, reject, edit or download, and the reasons you give — and may contact you about your experience. We use this to improve the product.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the results of any advertising you run, and our total liability for the free beta is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue using the beta.
