Privacy notice
Private beta · version beta-2026-10-03
This notice explains what the Kuriviz private beta, run by Kolton Dieter Waegner, collects and why. Contact: kolton@kuriviz.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and a securely hashed password (handled by our sign-in provider).
- What you upload: product photos, product names and descriptions, offers, brand colours and logo.
- What we create for you: product cutouts, product descriptions extracted from your photo, copy suggestions and ads.
- How you use the beta: the ads you keep, reject, edit or download, the reasons and notes you give, and when.
- Technical logs needed to run and secure the service (for example error reports).
Why
To provide the service, keep it secure, enforce usage limits, and learn which ads are actually useful so we can improve the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photos or ads to advertise our own product without asking you.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase — accounts, sign-in and the application database.
- Vercel — hosting the web application.
- Trigger.dev — running background jobs (cutouts, copy suggestions, rendering).
- Cloudflare R2 — storing your uploaded photos and the ads you create.
- Anthropic — AI analysis of your product photo and AI copy suggestions.
- fal.ai — AI background removal (product cutouts).
AI providers receive only what is needed for the task (your product photo and description). Their own terms govern how they handle API data; we use their standard API services.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data while you take part in the beta. Email us from your account address to get a copy of your data or to have your account and content deleted; we will do so within 30 days, except where we must keep something by law.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, we will ask you to review it again before you continue.
